		<description><![CDATA[BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered a house lot of white wood blinds, paid $400 deposit and booked a day to have them installed. Installation day arrived and no one turned up. I phoned and was told the blinds were not ready. I kept being told they would be here &quot;next week&quot; and this went on for months. I finally went into the premises on Waterloo Road and demanded to know what was happening with my blinds. I stood in the office and asked  John to phone the North Island manufacturer and found out my $400 deposit and gone towards a previous order that had not been paid for and as a result my blinds were not made due to the fact there was no deposit for them! I told John that I could not wait any longer for my order and would go elsewhere as my order had turned into an utter shambles and at no stage had Lohrey Blinds attempted to see where my order was or what the hold up was. John refused to refund my deposit even though the blinds had not been made, so I had no blinds and was out of pocket $400.]]></description>
